Examine the strategies and processes used for the prevention, detection and diagnosis of cancer. Using an interprofessional model, learn to apply health assessment techniques to persons with multiple health issues, and investigate the care requirements and initiatives that are specific to cancer patients.   Prerequisites: You must be a registered nurse (RN or RPN), and you must have completed NURS 1056 (Health Assessment) / NURS 1079 (Health Assessment) or an approved equivalent.
