Explore the unique nursing care provided to high-risk perinatal families. Learn to identify the health challenges that cause high-risk pregnancies, assess a child-bearing woman for complications and apply the proper strategies.   Prerequisites: You must be a registered nurse (RN or RPN), and you must have completed NURS 1056 (Health Assessment) / NURS 1079 (Health Assessment) or an approved equivalent.
