  Essential Indian Bread Styles

This course introduces the fundamentals of Indian bread making. Focus on the different classifications of Indian breads, which are based on both the flour used and the method of preparation. Build a solid foundation of essential skills and knowledge while learning to produce a variety of regional breads.

Note(s):

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9134 (Baking Arts) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $224.00, includes food used in class

  Hours: 24
