Learn the essential principles and cooking skills for maintaining a healthy diet while preparing recipes that are suitable for diabetics. Have fun learning to prepare meals that meet the dietary recommendations of Canada's Food Guide, that meet diabetes guidelines and that are also tasty and interesting.

Note(s):

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9269 (Healthy Culinary Arts I) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $344.00, includes food used in class
