This course provides you with professional guidance and practical hands-on experience working with marzipan. Leave with a professionally packaged assortment of marzipan treats based on related seasonal themes, from holiday wreaths and bunny rabbits to fruit baskets.

Note(s):

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9135 (Cake Decorating I) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $101.00, includes food used in class

  Hours: 4
