Learn to prepare dishes found in India, but focus primarily on vegetarian cuisine. Explore the basic principles and recipes of Indian cuisine (both classic and innovative dishes) where curry is the star ingredient.

Note(s):

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9283 (Vegetarian Culinary Arts) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $350.00, includes food used in class
