This is a foundational course in the art of decorating cakes. Learn the basics of piping, icing and masking on a variety of cakes.

Note(s):

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9134 (Baking Arts) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $279.00, includes food used in class
