  Cake Decorating III

Take your cake decorating skills to the next level. Learn to design and produce a three-tier cake through demonstrations and hands-on practice. The theme for the cake is matrimonial, but you can introduce your own theme (with the teacher's permission) provided you use all the appropriate techniques.

Note(s):

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.


  Prerequisites: You must have completed HOSF 9057 (Cake Decorating II) or an approved equivalent.

  Fee: $319.00, includes food used in class
