  Principles of Information Security

Examine the field of information security and its principles. Cover the technical aspects of the field, and address the knowledge areas of the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification. Topics include information security within a real-world context and the use of tools such as an opening vignette and "offline" boxes with sidebar references. There are extensive opportunities for hands-on work.


  Prerequisites: You must have basic networking and server configuration knowledge.
