This OBOA-accredited course deals with construction of houses as single detached dwellings under Division B – Part 9 of the Ontario Building Code. Topics covered include building inspectors, plans, building permits and site plans; construction of foundations; floors-on-ground; reinforced concrete slabs; roofs and ceilings; and floors and walls, including brick veneer.
