Artisan Bread Baking Certificate

Artisanal breads are no longer found only in obscure bakeries in small communities. They have become an integral part of the North American diet, replacing their heavily processed and mass-produced counterparts. This certificate develops the essential techniques needed to produce small-batch, handmade breads from natural ingredients. For more information, contact the Continuing Education Hospitality & Culinary Arts department at 416-415-5000, ext. 2517, or cehospitality@georgebrown.ca. You are also invited to attend an information session.
